Your Questions, Answered

  • This retreat is all of that and more!

Inner Union is a deeply experiential container that weaves spiritual practice, somatic integration, relational inquiry, and ceremonial work. The retreat supports healing and transformation at the level of body, psyche, and spirit, while remaining grounded, trauma-informed, and relationally attuned.

The work is facilitated in a reverent, intentional, and carefully held ceremonial context, supporting altered states of awareness and deep inner contact without bypassing the body or nervous system. While the experience can be profoundly healing, it is not psychotherapy or a substitute for medical or mental health care.

This is a medicine-oriented retreat in the sense that the work itself is the strongest medicine and it is designed to restore wholeness, coherence, and right relationship within yourself and with life.

  • Not at all. All practices are accessible, invitational, and guided. You are welcome exactly as you are. Curiosity, self-honesty, and willingness to be present are far more important than experience.

  • Yes. Nervous system safety, pacing, and consent are central to this container. You will never be forced to share, move, or participate beyond what feels aligned for you. Choice and attunement are foundational.

  • Practices We’ll Work With

    • Nervous system regulation & somatic attunement

Learning to listen to the body, recognize safety, and stay present with sensation without overriding or collapsing.

    • Relational & attachment inquiry

Exploring how love, protection, and self-abandonment live in the body and learning how to stay connected to yourself in intimacy.

    • Feminine–masculine integration

Embodied practices that restore inner polarity, coherence, and flow so desire, boundaries, and presence can coexist.

    • Movement & embodied expression

Including Brandy’s Dancing with the Divine to release stuck energy, support integration, and bring vitality back into the body.

    • Devotional reflection, joy & celebration

Slowing down, integrating insight, and reclaiming joy, pleasure, and beauty as natural expressions of wholeness.

  • Inner Union supports:

    • Feeling at home in your body

    • Clearer boundaries and self-trust

    • Less reactivity in relationships

    • Greater capacity for intimacy without self-abandonment

    • Joy and purpose that feel grounded and sustainable

  • This retreat works with embodied life force, polarity, and relational presence, not performative sexuality. While desire and pleasure may be explored as aspects of wholeness, this is not a sexualized or erotic retreat.

  • Preparation is an important part of this container. Participants will be invited to:

    • Two group preparation calls leading up to the retreat

    • One individual call with both Lena and Brandy to assess readiness, intentions, and personal needs

This helps ensure safety, alignment, and a supportive experience for everyone involved.

  • Integration is essential. There will be a group integration call after the retreat to support reflection, grounding, and the continued embodiment of what emerges during our time together.

  • Emotional activation is a natural part of integration. The retreat is designed to support you in staying with experience without becoming overwhelmed. Facilitators and an assistant will be present to support regulation, grounding, and integration.

  • That’s normal. This work meets you where you are. You are not expected to be open, healed, or “ready” in any particular way. Nervousness often signals that something true is calling.

  • This is a small, intimate container of 11 women, supported by two facilitators and one assistant, allowing for personal attention, safety, and depth.

  • Yes. Inner Union is about your relationship with yourself, which impacts all relationships whether partnered or not.
